It’s time to ditch your laundered mops

  • On average, 93% of laundered mops return without being effectively disinfected

  • Laundered mops are non-compliant and often bind with disinfectants

  • Laundered mops are expensive

  • Maintaining an adequate supply of clean, pathogen-free mops can be very difficult

  • Laundered microfiber takes an enormous toll on the environment

Energy & Water:

The microfiber laundering process requires massive amounts of energy and water – on average, three gallons of fresh water is required to clean one pound of microfiber. Single-use microfiber eliminates the need for large amounts of energy and water.

Color Dying Process:

Textile dying is an extremely harmful part of the manufacturing process. On average, dying one ton of textiles requires over 200 tons of fresh water, which is often contaminated and then returned to the environment. Single-use microfiber is dye-free.

Plastic Microfiber Pollution:

Laundering microfiber and other synthetic fabrics results in the shedding of microscopic plastic into the environment. Trust™ S1, X1, and HA mops are either recycled or disposed of after use, resulting in no micro-plastics in the environment.

Microfiber in Landfills:

All laundered microfiber ends its life cycle in landfills. Once used and laundered, microfiber is often disposed of in mass quantities. Trust™ single-use microfiber is capable of being collected and recycled even after it has been used.
